I landed a gold mine when I found Doug Cristofo. His dedication, attention to detail and level of customer service is above and beyond what my expectation was. This event is very detail oriented and everything must be absolutely perfect and Doug and his team did everything in their power everyday, all hours of the day, to make the event go as smooth as possible. Being this is a very large event I talked to all his competitors too, but not in a million years would I ever want to go with anyone else, with the level of satisfaction I feel as a client. ORBA has used RCS two years now at two different locations with two completely different layouts. Vendor move-in and move-out at both locations went off with very few minor problems.
