Floorplans & Event Design

Visualize your tradeshow as a finished product by utilizing RCS' CAD services. With the floorplans for many venues already in our database and the ability to map out nearly any environment from scratch and to-scale, we are equipped to either replicate your own design or create one for you. Decorator Services

RCS is happy to tend to your every booth need. We carry a wide array of basic pipe and drape designs in numerous colors and our trained installation / dismantling staff is equipped for every task, whether erecting a pop-up display or constructing and furnishing your custom booth.

Material Handling (drayage)

Getting equipment and materials to your booth intact, on time and cost effectively can be among the more daunting tasks when exhibiting at a tradeshow ...But you can count on great rates and reliable service when using RCS for your logistical needs.

• Guaranteed Delivery: exhibitors may ship to our warehouse as early as 2 weeks prior to the show and RCS will personally deliver all materials directly to the booth, often before exhibitor move in. No more waiting for your shipment ...it will be waiting for you!
• Exhibitors may use their preferred carriers, or trust RCS to handle return shipments through reputable freight companies.
• Great Rates: RCS has discounted contracts with many carriers and is happy to pass those savings on to their customers. In addition, drayage charges with RCS are but a fraction of the cost to which you have likely become accustomed.
• Personal Service: As always, RCS will be on-site to guide exhibitors through the material handling process.
